No, it’s month-to-month. We also offer annual billing if you prefer.
Do you charge for features?
No. Every plan includes HR, Recruitment & Onboarding, Biometric attendance, Sponsor‑licence record‑keeping, Holidays & shifts, Payroll export and reporting.
How do upgrades work?
If your headcount crosses a band, we’ll let you know before the next billing
Can we export our data?
Yes. You can export documents and CSVs at any time. We can also provide an audit‑ready archive upon request.
Do you integrate with payroll?
You can export clean CSVs for upload to your payroll system. API access and SSO are available on Scale and Enterprise plans.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within a week. We include an onboarding session and provide import templates for employee data and documents.
