  1. Offer issued with role, SOC code, pay and start date.
  2. Document request (passport/visa, bank, NI when available).
  3. Contract e-sign and policy pack acknowledgement.
  4. IT & access set up (roles/permissions).
  5. Induction plan with manager.
  6. First week check-in and probation objectives.
